Removing content about you

If a comment defames you, publishes your private information, or infringes your copyright, tell us which page it is on and what the comment says. Content of this kind is removed quickly, and we do not require a court order first.

If you have the extension installed, the in-product report button is faster still and routes to the same queue.

Site owners

To have LiveNotes disabled on your domain, see site owners. You can do it without contacting us at all.

Privacy requests

Export and deletion are both built into the extension: Settings → Data. For anything else under GDPR or CCPA, including access and rectification, write to us. We reply within 30 days.

Appeals

If one of your comments was hidden or removed, appeal from inside the extension rather than by email. The appeal carries the context a moderator needs; an email does not.

Law enforcement

Requests should come on official letterhead and cite the legal basis. We disclose user data only where legally required, and we notify affected users unless prohibited from doing so.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within 72 hours, will not pursue legal action against good-faith research, and are happy to credit you.
